The manor was built in the 19th century in the style of Baroque, Classicism and Art Nouveau at the same time. At the beginning of the 20th century, the manufacturer Mikhail Vasilyevich Aseev acquired a piece of land with an old park. On May 8, 2019, the Bank of Russia put into circulation a 3-ruble silver commemorative coin "The Aseev Estate, Tambov" of the "Architectural Monuments of Russia" series.
