Watch warranty is valid for 24 months

The buyer has the right to refuse a quality product purchased remotely at any time before delivery and within 7 days after delivery.
A quality product may be returned if its presentation, consumer properties, and proof of purchase are intact.
Please note that the consumer does not have the right to refuse a quality product with unique properties (design elements, engraving, or motif) if the product can only be used by the consumer purchasing it.
Returns of defective products purchased remotely are subject to the general rules set forth in Articles 18-24 of the Law "On the Protection of Consumer Rights."
